A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Tried to get a hold of shipper and co-ordinate for and exact time and day. No returned call to schedule. Must be done on a Saturday nd no other day.

Delivery two days late from Fl to LA, told multiple lies about flat tires, truck break down,Left multiple voice mails, had to go to supervisor to get action. We had to refund full charge to our customer and they only offered to credit $100 of the total charge. Will never use again, We ship over 40 machines per month and this was our first & last time with this company. Jim Goodall Equipment, Naples, FL

Response from applog: We initially tried to make a pick up on Weds but the shipper stated that we could not pick up on that date. Therefore, we had to reschedule for another truck w/ another carrier. The carrier was having problems w/ their truck which the shipper is making our fault. We tried to resolve this with the shipper but they refused reasoning. Their shipment was already really cheap to move & was an LTL. By law we have 12 days to make delivery. The receiver is upset with the shipper so their mad at us

Response from applog: Our first attempt at picking up the truck would not start. Then our other truck did not show up so we rescheduled the same day. Customer did not want us to reschedule and cancelled their shipment with us. Customer did not give us the chance to make it right.
